Crushing on co-worker. appropriate?

So I'm a rising sophomore and a CIT at a summer camp. I work with kids that are going into the 1-3 grade and one of my co workers, the only guy, is pretty much everything i look for in a guy, nice funny smart cute and good with kids, but is it appropriate that I'm crushing on this guy?
