Please help............Facebook harresment.?

My ex friend harassing me on facebook. I don't have account in facebook but he created a fake profile of mine and wrote nasty things about me like " i m a sex worker, contact me on given number". He put my family members numbers in the profile and he keep sending friends requests to all my family members and friends. I blocked his profile several times but again he created a new profile. What should i do?
