Second interview at coldstone?

The first interview was very basic with only a few questions and a ton of people. It wasn't the whole audition thing. They said 8 people got a 2nd interview and 4 are being hired. They also said im just going to sit there for about 2 hours and watch the workers do their jobs. Has anyone else had a second interview with cold stone like this? What should i expect?
