Is there a standard Canadian accent?

Just wondering if there is an official or standard Canadian accent. I know that there is very little variation in accents amongst English-speakers all over the country, excluding those from Quebec and others who are ESL. The Americans have "General American" and the Brits have their "Received Pronunciation", so, is there a version of standardized Canadian English?
