How should I help a 5-year-old child that does not speak any English in a day camp setting?

I play games with the kids, read stories, etc. There is no ESL class available at the summer camp and I do not know any Chinese. If you have any suggestions of how I can communicate to her, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance :)
