Do ESL teachers get summer off while working in S.Korea?

In all honesty you would be very lucky to get all vacation days back together. Many hagwons will put in the contract that you are allowed 10 or 14 days...etc vacation days, but the contract will not state that those days may be taken together or all at once. IF this is not corrected or otherwise edited before signing, you may be thinking you can take a nice long trip and the owner suddenly tell you that you were promised at least that many days but you cannot leave and not work for that long, you can only take 2-3 days at a time.
